		<description>Strange isn't it that rooms are these isolated environments, when each teacher could potentially be helping another so much. My AP calls this, when it happens with students, "undocumented learning". Students aren't aware that they're learning new skills even as they are. I think the same is true of teachers, and I think they'd be much more conscious of the changes going on with them if they actually were partners with one another.</description>
